Usually we love Applebee's, wherever we go. Tonight the food was great, as we expected, but the service was horrible. The wait... staff were huddled together forever, finally she came and took our order. No smile, no friendly service, just took our order andwent back to the employee huddle. She was on her cell phone several times. Only came back to our table when she noticed weweren't finishing our food(we just weren't that hungry, the food was fine). She what's wrong, we said the food was fine werejust weren't hungry, she laid our ticket down and walked away. We're not from here but we wouldn't come back to this locationeven if we were. Read more

The place was really quiet when I entered and I was seated immediately. My server was quick to come over and take my drinks and... eventually my meal order. The food came out within 5 minutes of placing the order. Now, I wouldn't normally complain, but ithad me wondering what was freshly prepared, if anything. I ordered the grilled chicken, broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were luke warm, the broccoli was a tab bit warmer, and the chicken was good. I could have waited a coupleof minutes for really hot food. I was offered dessert 5 minutes after starting to eat my meal. I had to go back to the menuand select something. Dessert came out as soon as I finished with the check. I understand efficiency, but I felt a bit rushed.I was in and out in what felt like 20 minutes. I ate but didn't get to enjoy my dining experience. Pump the brakes a littleand let your guests enjoy their meals. There wasn't rush for my seat as the place was pretty dead. Read more
Overall satisfied. The food doesn't taste great but it's not bad either. It's just average. I am giving it four stars because... prices are pretty good for the amount of food I got. Read more
A Great place to go if you're hungry but don't want to be around a lot of people! Service is great, food is always delicious (... especially the artichoke dip ??????) If you like it and decide to become a regular, leave a good tip, they will reallyappreciate it and we've met some amazing people we look forward to seeing when heading to Applebee's ?? Not a great experience. I ordered the endless boneless wings and fries my first plate was great but my waitress did not come... back to ask me what I wanted for my second round like she said she would I was done with my first plate still waiting for her tocome back. When I finally got to place my second order it was a long wait and then they did not give me my fries i also did notget my coleslaw on either plates. My smoothie had ice in it that was not crushed. The waitress was very unfriendly. My partnergot the chicken and shrimp and it was such a tiny portion for the price. Would not come back again Read more
I wanted to rate my experience as 3 star but dessert - sizzilin apple caramel blonde earned an extra star. We visited restaurant... for lunch on wkend and choose 2 for $22 (Two Entrees + One Appetizer) option. We ordered 'Spinach and artichoke dip' asAppetizer and 'Bourbon st Chicken & Shrimp' and 'Fiesta Lime chicken' as entrees. Chicken in 'Bourbon st Chicken & Shrimp' wasover grilled and almost burned, i left out half of it in plate. Lime fiesta chicken was ok. Dessert was really good and that'swhy I'm giving 4 star else it would had been a 3-star rating. And yes, not the friendly staff. Read more
I put in an order online to pick up for my fiancé and I's 5th anniversary dinner since applebees is where we had our first... date. We travel full-time and every big chain restaurant we go to here (NW Arkansas) is horrible, Applebee's included. I put myorder in at 3:30 for pickup at 5:30, I followed instructions on the website to let them know how far away I was and all thatthinking it would be quicker to pick up. When I got there, I could see inside that there were only 3-4 tables, used their onlinewebsite to let them know I was there. Waited 10 minutes before calling only to be hung up on. And I could see the girl inside,hang up the phone, with no attempt to actually answer. So I called immediately after and another girl answered and she said thatthey were putting the last few items in the bag. So I waited 5 more minutes until the other two carside pickup spots also hadpeople waiting. Saw a girl inside answer the phone, and sure enough the lady in the pickup spot next to me was also calling.Thankfully, as the first there I was also the first to receive my food, and I checked to see how warm it was. The bag and foodcontainers were cold like it had been sitting there since 3:30. When I got home, they COMPLETELY forgot the fries to the burger,all the food was not only cold but hard too. I even got a dessert since it was a special occasion. I got the brownie slice andscoop of ice cream. The brownie was the size of a quarter, and there was only a tablespoon of ice cream. When we went to eat thedessert it was rock hard, we refused to eat it thinking there had to be something wrong with it. It was obvious that they do notcare about the to go orders thinking you'll get home and not want to drive back and complain. Reading other reviews, it seemslike the actual service inside isn't great either. Absolutely horrible, would give no stars, but my meal was edible (justedible), and the lady who handed me my food was nice. That's the only good thing. Read more
