Biscuit was burnt, and fries were so cold and covered with their spices, I couldn't swallow them. I took them back, and they... replaced them with lukewarm fries, still drenched with spices. I enjoy the amount of spice that is usually on the fries, butthis was a silly amount of the stuff. I won't come back to this location. Read more

I stop here frequently while driving thru and was sorely disappointed this trip. Lunch rush was over, only 5 people thru the... register after me in the next 20 minutes... not one table wiped, trash emptied, behind tge counter swept or cleaned and anemployee sleeping in the lobby with the Bojangles Standards manual on the table next to him... I had a bad experience at this Bojangles the staff was slow. The food was awful and we got sick such as we was burping like... rotten eggs from eating that chicken and me and my aunt was not satisfied. Food was fresh and hot. Didn't need to wait too long either. Best part, I forgot my credit card and they were more than happy... to mail it to me. I was just going to have them destroy it for me so I could order a new one, but they insisted. I figured I'dget it in a week, but was surprised to find it in the mailbox the next day sent with tracking and insured! Great way to treatyour customers! Keep it up! Read more

Food was ok? it was cold, had a larger order and it was a group. No receipt giving After paying. The counter person was confused... about who got what, called for manager (Rose Blackwell) and her attitude was terrible about the situation. When you are dealingwith your attitude should be pleasant. Thanks to Chew she was very kind and understanding about the situation and made mattersbetter. Chew had a great attitude. Great service! Super friendly people! Super clean and the restrooms are clean! We are traveling and needed to stop for lunch! As... soon as walked in, like 5 people greeted us! hands down - this is one of the best Bojangles! As we were leaving, the manager,Kim, wished us well on our journey back home!
