I ordered a half pound beef and cheddar meal and 4 regular roast beef sandwiches. Paid 24 dollars. When I got home I had the... correct number of sandwiches but the beef and cheddar was just a regular plain sandwich in a box. I didn't get the extra meet orthe cheddar that I paid extra for. The food was good. Other than that, I would never return to the Roebuck Arby's. The drive-thru attendant took 2 full minutes to... even acknowledge me, and another minute to actually take our order. Being understaffed is acceptable. Ignoring your customersis not. I didn't matter to them, you won't either. Read more
Headed back to MI we used the drive through for lunch... very slow. When ordering we specified 3x the #1 with small dr pepper... and a side of cheese. Got back on the road and discover the sandwich had no cheese so I used my 1/4 full side cup of cheese onit. What doesn't make sense is Charging for a side of cheese and NOT putting cheese on a beef and cheddar... wouldn't we justorder a roast beef? Read more
Fast friendly service Was actually planning on eating somewhere else but they were closed. Arby's always a good choice when you... can't have what you want. We were exhausted and starving after a long drive. This location is super easy to get to from the interstate. Helpful hint, turn... between the Bojangles and Arby's. We turned into the industrial building next door lol. Anyways, the young lady taking careorder was super sweet and patient. Where we live, there isn't any fast food places within an hour, so we were really reallylooking forward to it. Our food was hot, delicious, and super fast. We ordered a lot too. Kudos to this Arby's and their staff.Don't let the negative people get you down. You do you and do your best. That's all anyone can do. Highly recommend stopping inon your way to the beach. Read more
This is the worst restaurant EVER!!! I stopped by Wednesday after work and picked up a to-go order for my sick mom and myself.... Only to get all the way home in Laurens to discover my food was raw. I purchased a Wagyu Steakhouse Burger and a WagyuSteakhouse Burger Combo. Because I live so far I couldn?t just take it back and I was off work the next day, so the soonest Icould get back was Friday. I spoke with the shift manager and he agreed to refund me but requested that I bring the receipt. When I got off today I stopped by with my receipt as requested but the shift manager David informed me that his manager saidthey could only refund me for the burgers. I was not going to expose them but because of the poor service (not by David) but thebig bad manager over the phone. This was not only an inconvenience but the worst experience I?ve had at a fast food restaurant.David was made aware a complaint would follow. Read more
