The chicken mini bento and dynamite sushi are legit. The service was good when we went and they gave a nice portion.
Bento box with 5 cold edamame. Pieces of other rolls on my sushi, concerning of uncleaned surface. Staff cold and unfriendly.

It offers fresh and healthy Japanese cuisine, such as Rice Boxes, Noodles,and Bubble Teas, for those in a hurry and on the go. Through continuous improvement (kaizen) and evolution, Umi aims to offerdelicious and creative cuisine that is fresh, healthy, made with care, and integrity of ingredients. I ordered beef noodles forlunch, which was only $9.99, was a great deal. My noodles came out the kitchen very fast. It was well cooked and fresh with alarge portion. Not even worth 1 star. Bento box- vegetables on rice was pure cabbage and a few pieces of broccoli - there's no avacodo in the... sushi, the yam and shrimp tempura had been sitting precooked on the grill- cold. Disappointing Read more
I usually like Umi Sushi since the franchise is consistently good quality. This place is not only disappointing but disgusting... too. The meat and tempura were pretty cooked and warmed to order. The person in front of me ordered the same thing as me, butfor some reason the cook added peppers to mine. The vegetables were thrown on and then scooped into my dish half cooked. Thesauce on top was way too sweet. Even the sushi was terrible. It was like they trimmed the extra rice off after they sliced it. There were cut marks all around (inside out roll). I have eaten here in many occasions while walking in the CrossIron Mall. I am a long term vegetarian and it has been great to be... able to get a decent vegetarian meal at a good price. The people are always nice (especially the older guy with a hat who worksthe grill) and they are very accommodating. The food is good with excellent portions. I always get the Tofu Bento Box withVeggie Sushi. Read more
Asked for beef yakisoba but noticed they were using udon when cooking. When asked about it they told me they didn't have any... yakisoba. Got tempura but it was already pre-fried and just thrown into the fryer to flash it. All the meat is precooked andthen thrown on the grill to warm up. I don't have high standards when it comes to food court food but this was next level bad. Read more
