Literally one of the slowest ?fast food? restaurants. I work in fast food too, I get that it?s a lot but you need to teach your... employees to keep up somehow. Always behind, apparently understaffed or maybe just slow staff and waiting 15-20 minutes for anorder. Read more

It has been a worst experience at any tim hortons firstly the staff was not friendly and each and every one was running into... each other speaking in their native language. Moreover I ordered a veggie habanero wrap instead they gave a me a chicken wrapwhich was not expected. I am a pure vegetarian. They should maintain a proper staff. Read more

Doesn?t even deserve 1 star. Walked in and saw every single table dirty and the garbage overflowing. The 5 employees looked like... they were dead inside and moved so slow with no sense of urgency. Seems like they all hate their jobs and you could tell. Afterwalking across the pickup area which was sticky and full of more garbage under my feet, I proceeded to wait for my name to becalled. As I waited I saw the guy walk to the back and drop a bunch of cups. He laughed and put them back up on the shelf. Icounted about 5 flies buzzing around within eyeshot and can?t even imagine how many more were in the back. Received my coffeewith melted ice and so much more room left to fill the cup. How on earth does that happen when I?m literally waiting for mydrink? This place is a disaster and it?s just terrible to see how gross the place is kept.
