I would have to comment on the fact that many of the poor reviews left at this location aren't a true reflection of this Marble... Slab in particular. I have been coming to this location for well over a few years and have always received kind and quickservice. Should have checked the ratings before getting ice cream here. Bought a dark chocolate ice cream with oreo toppings. Worst one... I ever had. The waffle cone was expired for sure. It was tasting like a stale cookie. Oh and the price, $9.50 for an inediblesingle scoop in a waffle cone. Don't get ice cream here unless you want to get turned off from ice cream forever. Read more

Poor service. Staff shows you attitude when asked for kids size ice cream. They don?t bother asking for toppings when you buy... kids ice creams. Quickly put two ice creams in the cup and handed over to us. When asked napkins, lady at the till handed over 1napkin for two ice creams. Visited Marble Slab creamery in couple of days back with my kids and other members of family. Sales girl at the counter... facilitated to select ice cream items. Kids were overjoyed with variety of pop corn. It was busy place at Noon we were servedwith our order in 5 minutes with delicious ice cream. After ice cream we gave another order of Cotton candies and variety ofcakes. It was a memorable experience and will love to visit again. Read more

The old lady is rude ,when asked for a sample of flavour only once she made a point that we don?t give samples like this its not... allowed..For what I know the Franchise?s policy allows tasting.. If u dont want your customers to taste,don?t expect them tobuy. One hour before closing time the waffle cones and bowls were all covered with plastic.
