It was a little later in the afternoon, so sharing a couple of things seemed like the best way to go. Unfortunately, the food... wasn't too good. The Boston Royal pizza was very bland, the crust was chewy, and lacked sauce and cheese, which made thetoppings all fall off. I tried to add flavour by adding parmesan cheese. The Creamy Mushroom Spinach Bake pasta was a little toosalty, and the piece of garlic toast that came with it was not toasted and very soggy. I've been two separate times now in the past year where service has been non-existent or extremely slow. The most recent time... was a Thursday evening around 5pm. We were seated at a table, and after about 5-7 minutes, no one came to take our order or evenapproach us even though we made eye contact to waiters or staff multiple times. We ended up leaving as no one came to help us ina reasonable time. Probably will not visit this BP again. Read more

Their fries were surprisingly decent, I’m always skeptical of ordering fries because so many restaurants don’t make it... crispy or it comes out soggy. The food was pretty good, my only complaint is that they ran out of ginger beer. But stuff happensand that’s understandable. Staff were pretty nice, I wouldn’t mind coming back again. Read more
Should have stayed home for dinner today! What an incredible frustrating, and somewhat insulting dining experience. Upon... arriving we were seated, and put in some water orders. We asked for a high chair for our 1 year old, and one was promptlybrought to us. It was broken though, so we asked for another. This one was also broken, so we asked for another, we were toldthat they were all broken, so just deal with it. So, we had to hold our 1 year old which is not a fun thing to do in a diningsetting. We ordered some appetizers, and when they arrived they only brought us a single plate. We asked for two more plates toeat with, and they said sorry no other plates are washed right now, ill bring some when they're washed. ????????! I can't makethis stuff up! SO, 5 minutes goes by, food getting cold, no plates. So we asked for a manager. A female manager comes over andwe said, we have two issues with the service this evening. Number 1, you have no high chairs that are not broken, number 2, youhave no plates. The manager was instantly defensive saying " That's a lie! We have plates and we have non-broken highchairs.". We replied, this is what YOUR staff has told us why are you being rude to us?... I seriously can't make this stuffup. The manager very rudely brought us a working high chair and two plates. No apologies, no I'm sorry, no nothing. Extremelyrude. Next, our Entrées arrived as soon as we got our plates to eat our appetizers! So we pushed those dishes aside. We areabout 35 minutes into our visit, and we have had 1 visit from our server, thats it. We had to keep asking other servers ormanagers to help us if we needed anything. Never once were are drinker checked on, nor how our food was. My son asked for anapple juice, 10 minutes later and his meal completed , no apple juice.
