Incredibly rude staff, with zero professionalism. The employee taking our order was the only one with any sort of... professionalism, and apologized multiple times for the others behavior. I had my kiddo w me and his behavior was more maturethan the staffs. They fought the entire time we were there. They swore on repeat loudly to the point that my 6yr old asked whythey were using those words. A few of the workers emerged from the back to i assume see what my response/ reaction was. Noclue who the manager was but shame on them for allowing that behavior. The managers could benefit from additional training, andstaff need to be held accountable. The food its self was not terrrible , but that means nothing if the environment/staffovershadow the experience. Read more
Usually I don't leave reviews but I am just trying to ee what kind of business you all are running here it was dirty the food... wasn't good at all there was a guy named demir that was playing on his phone and playing around and didn't seem to be doing muchof anything he came off as a rude person at that I will never be coming to this wendys again and or any if they are all likethis... It makes me wonder just tell some places stay in business. Came to the drive-thru with my girlfriend with an amazingly simple... order. A Wendy's 4 for $4 And a chicken sandwich combo with no lettuce... I didn't get any fries.. both drinks I was given wereout of syrup.. which is crazy they didn't notice since both of them were supposed to be dark sodas and they were clear. And ofcourse, my chicken sandwich had lettuce on it. When I returned to get my stuff fixed... The attitude I received was justappalling, considering that I was nice mannered and pleasant to the workers when I returned.... You know, my husband and I have been eating at Wendy's for many years, but never had a problem til the strawberry summer salad... came back out, a few days ago. First of all, I went to this Wendy's, on two separate occasions, and they told us that "They ranout of the Strawberry Summer Salads"... then they told us... "The Salad Maker Didn't Come In", and I know that's a crock ofBULL!! Because I use to work for Wendy's years ago, and ANYBODY can make the salads, they have a step-by-step guide to make themin the Salad station.... Then today I decided to try their Big ???? Bacon Classic... and the ONLY reason I requested thissandwich was because of the ... BACON ????!! BUT... GUESS WHAT??!!??... THERE WAS NOOOOO BACON ???? ON MY SANDWICH!!! Now I knowthere's SUPPOSED TO BE AT LEAST 2 STRIPS OF BACON ???? ON THIS SANDWICH, AND IT'S ADDED INTO THE PRICE... But where this Wendy'ssits, if you leave, then realized something was Missing, or Wrong it's a B.... trying to get back into their driveway to returnto sandwich, or get another one with BACON ???? on it! 3 strikes them OUT!! I will NEVER return to this Wendy's again!!!! I'mbetter off waiting til I'm on 222nd and Lakeshore to buy my food, because... THEY ALWAYS GET MY ORDER RIGHT!! My Apple Pecan salad was so good. They made both the burgers the same but were supposed to be different. We also waited for... about 15 minutes in the lobby for our order to be ready. Our cashier was very friendly. Read more

Thanks for the small chili in a large container. Bought 2 put both in the same container so my wife had something to eat her... baked potato was uncooked and just smashed. The chicken sandwich was amazing I ordered it with just ketchup and it came withmayo lettuce and tomato. Read more
