Update: 8.5.22- i just tried to pick up a doordash and they said, "we arent doing any doordash orders because we close in half... an hour". There is truly no limit to how pathetic this store can be. I thought this was going to be my late night saving grace, but the last two times I've showed up no one was answering us. I... almost couldn't believe it, but I actually saw people inside duck behind the counter the last time I stopped. It says the hourswere updated a few weeks ago, but they either aren't right or they're just shutting down early. If you can't keep employeesthere that late, that's fine! Arrived with all lights on, including the drive thru screen...no employees in sight, but cars in the parking lot. This isn't the... first time this happened either. I decided to go inside, they were hiding in the back intentionally not taking any orders. Theysaid they'd only do a door dash pickup because they have to... I had an online order through the app so they did it, and werenice about it, but they refused service to others while I waited - with no reason given. They locked the doors after I left sono one else could come in. Hopefully this changes...this location used to be good, fast, accurate, and polite. This Taco Bell is a joke. Don't get me wrong, there are GOOD Taco Bell locations. This Taco Bell location must have sought out... the most lazy employees found in all of Northeast Ohio. I get that places are understaffed but to be as impolite as theseworkers are, you've got no excuse. The food is often mediocre and you've waited WAY too long for it. That's assuming you can getthe food at all. I went last night and was told they were only preparing Door Dash and Uber Eats orders. I was told there was a15 minute wait. In reply, I asked "what should I do?" Meaning, should I place an order, wait 15 minutes and pull forward in themeantime? The lazy worker just replied "I don't know" as if this question had never been asked before. She just wanted me togive up and not wait 15 minutes for the food. At midnight tonight I waited for about 10 minutes, 2 cars pulled behind me during that time. I gave up and went to leave as I... drove by the window I saw employees hanging around. I figured I'd let them know their alarm or whatever isn't working and pplare waiting. the girl who came up was one of the rudest people I've ever met. I've NEVER ever, ever said someone should befired but she should be FIRED. I will call the customer service line if i can get hold of them and tell all the details. Wow Icame on here to say how rude they are and can't believe all the SAME bad reviews. TACO BELL, just close this place down. Theemployees that work there don't deserve your money. Read more
This is the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. Not only are they rude on a regular basis, the orders are usually wrong and... they randomly close up to an hour early whenever they feel like it. The lights are still on everywhere, but no one is in sightanywhere in the store. I would give Negative stars if I could. Come on Taco Bell Home Office- this store is not up to anyone'sstandards. I tried to give this place a chance but after getting my food one of my soft tacos was burnt. I called up and told them about... it. They said oh sorry our grills must have been set on high. My friend used to work for taco bell and knows that their grillsare not set on a temperature setting. They have a timer on the grills. There is only one set temperature. Someone was just beinglazy and didn't set the timer. Also my friend said when they open it up when it's done you would already see that it's burnt.From hearing so many bad reviews about the place I don't think I'd come back here again. Read more
This location is an absolute joke. I had negative experiences when they first opened and stopped visiting, and recently gave... this one another shot. HORRIBLE experience. Someone who identified herself as assistant manager Amanda has no business managinganything and provided the rudest customer service I have ever received in any fast food restaurant. She was also belittling theemployees the entire time I was in the building. Looking at the reviews here it's obvious corporate doesn't care about thislocation. Read more
