I was really hoping it was gonna be good but I was sadly very disappointed. The brisket was grey, and fat was rubbery?obviously... not cooked long enough. The food I had was awesome. I dont know if they smoke their meat, if they do it could use more smoke flavor. Other wise it was a... great meal, with great customer service as well. It was my first time trying them, and I'd definitely go back. So much betterthan ither chain places like famous Dave's etc. I also didnt get any fatty pieces.
