So I am posting this because of the manager's response. I ordered a bacon grilled cheese on the morning of October 17th, and... after one bite I chewed on a piece of plastic. I immediately turned around and got them to make me a new one. The manager'sresponse to seeing it was "I have no idea where this came from, it definitely didn't come from the restaurant, we don't havethis plastic, I don't know what it is." So she was blaming me instead of just apologizing. Absolutely sickening that in theydidn't even go through their food to see if there was any more plastic. Where do i begin... Sandwhich lady is taking drive thru orders with her sandwhich making gloves on so i didnt order breakfast ,... opted for a donut instead. Waited inside for a solid 15 minutes while watching atleast a dozen drive thru orders be completed,after finally getting to the counter and ordering my donut they managed to give me the wrong donut ??????? also the supervisorseemed to be doing fawk all while the guy on till was doing till and coffee and the women making food was doing that and takingorders for drive thru... wth Read more
Today ordered from the drive thru- a ?bagel? BELT. Got a ?bun?with bacon, lettuce and cheese. Yesterday ordered a ham and cheese... ?melt?. Got ham and cheese on a bun. Seems every second or third time I go here my order is wrong. Is it a language barrier? Arethe speakers not clear enough for the employee on the other end to catch all of the order? This seems to happen to quite a fewcustomers as per the other reviews. Perhaps the owner of this franchise should look into solving it. Worse experience, after long time in line I was served by a lady whose name I believe was ( Sim) , she was a bit rude getting... my order , I order 2 teas and 1 coffee she got the teas I politely told her it was missing the coffee, she looked mad anddecided to left for here break leaving me waiting. While waiting I noticed the workers were not polite , not with the costumesand neither with each other they looked like they were been tortured. Read more
I've been to this location the past three mornings, and ordered the exact same thing. First morning they got it right. Second... morning they gave me a sausage bagel belt instead of a bacon one. This morning they gave me a regular coffee I'm pretty sure. It's definitely not the vanilla latte I paid for. Read more
Service is super slow. Has been for a long time. Always new staff. Many times they don?t have what you want. Today I ordered a... cream of broccoli soup and got chicken noodle. Also now the buns are half the size they used to be. This place has gone downhillthe last couple of years. Read more
Usually Tim's is great and quick, even when they're really busy, but we must have hit the Rocky Tim's on a bad day. The line... was incredibly slow, people had waited 40 minutes for their food, and most of the orders in our group were not correct. Therandom food we finally ended up with was good as usual, but we could tell that things behind the counter were extremelyunorganized and chaotic. I expect they will be better in the future. Fast service and great selection while taking a stop during a road trip. Lots of parking spaces available and washrooms are... decent. Get an apple fritter and honey cruller. I don't recommend the blueberry donut or the Maple glazed one. Very bland.Coffee is nice and the selection is large. Vegan options are also available. Read more
