Ordered Online - Took triple the quoted time to finish. Staff and delivery driver were extremely rude and insulting to my... wife. Order was ultimately cancelled and we received nothing. Money has never been refunded. I have reached out to the managerseveral times and have been told it would be refunded, but it's been 2 months and obviously they have no intentions of returningour money. Ordered online - went to pickup on time. Upon arrival I was told 15 more minutes, then 5 minutes, then 5 more minutes.... well... you get the idea. It took 25+ extra minutes. No explanation was given as to why I was waiting so long, even though I asked. WhenI asked to cancel the the order, then the food appeared. A simple explanation would have gone a long way - stop lying tocustomers about time. Thinking it couldn't get more frustrating..... The delivery driver (young girl) was hanging out with afriend while delivering pizzas. She was bashing customers right outside the door of the restaurant, including calling me a"b!tch". She did this in front of my family that was waiting in the car .... with the windows open. We went to this placebecause it was highly rated. If I could give it zero I would. Excellent pizza and garlic bread. Had a problem with online ordering. Couldn?t figure it out and wanted the special which is... only available online. My husband went to the restaurant and had excellent help from the staff. In fact the staff had difficultyas well. Time to simplify online ordering. Read more
I walked in to place an order in June . I was told twenty minutes , that sounded great so I ordered and waited outside. After... twenty five I came back in, some other people in line were told twenty minutes , and they had placed their order well beforehand. They told me twenty minutes, I said they said that a half hour ago, . Very disorganised. You don't please customers bymisleading how long it will take for their orders. I did get my order after trying to cancel it. They said 8 more minutes. Pizzatasted ok . Staff were friendly, even if they had no idea how to tell time. Read more

We bought our first pizza from Pizza Hut Rocky Mountain House. We ordered delivery and it was at our door within 30 minutes. The... pizza was delicious, right amount of sauce, right amount of cheese to make it string with each bite. I've ordered extrasauce,extra cheese from every pizza place in town and it still didn't taste like there was enough. So I am excited we finallyhave a pizzeria that understands good pizza! Read more
