I was here dining in about one on Sunday afternoon. Insane assylum. One child was screaming at the top of his lungs literally.... This was no fault of the staff but it was very nerve racking and his parents showed little concern (autistic?). They finally gothim into the play area where he was still screaming but the glass pretty much muffled the sound. Also kids running around in thedining room barefoot. It was unpleasant and I wished I had stopped at the one in Henry County at Bassett Forks. I will nexttime. Read more
Something great is in the Rocky Mount water. At fast food restaurants, my wife and I are seldom treated with the kindness... demonstrated by multiple teenage staff. They were engaging, smiling and prompt while we used the app during our dine-in visit. Ararity, our fries weren't limp and lukewarm. Read more

I got home and this is what my fries looked like . I called Rocky Mount McDonalds to get an email so I could send them this pic... but they would not provide me with one.i was told to bring the fries back in when I came to town and they would make it right/. Nasty store and hate crime employees.....I find this completely unacceptable at any level to receive food from your location... like this with the meat wrapper paper till attached to the meat. Do you have any idea what it?s like to bite into the burger andfinding foreign objects in there. I do believe that this act was a complete hate crime by your employees against law enforcementofficers. I will no stand by and watch your stores hate to police officers period! Read more

This place is always busy. They are always staffed and might be the best ran McDonald's I've ever been to. Well done!
