The people are amazing, burgers are over salted, over cooked, and over topped. Buns fall apart in your hands, patty tastes like... dirt. Made me feel sick to eat because there was so much cheese that it took 4 bites to get to the actual burger itself. Thechicken wrap was a single piece of chicken with no sauce and all the ingredients were placed in sideways. God we had hopes. Read more
My friends and I just had the worst meal we had since Applebee's last week. Frys were cold, burgers were soggy, corn dogs over... cooked and when we asked for ketchup they gave us 2 packs for 4 treys. On top of the bad food the kid working the front counterwas very rood and gave us a pack of sauce that had been dropped on the floor. I will not be back here. Read more
Customer service was awful! The girl at the drive through window was very rude. She could be more polite to her customers and... actually ask what they would want to drink instead of assuming it was a Dr. Pepper. Just work on your customer service if youwant customers to come back to the restaurant. Read more

It's called Cook Out because the cook is definitely out. Ordered a cheddar cheeseburger & fries. Got half a hamburger patty with... American cheese and undercooked French fries covered with black spots from bad potatoes. Inedible and pricey. Don't waste yourtime or money. Read more

Seat yourself environment. Fast and friendly service with a great variety of grilled and fried foods. A huge variety of flavored... milkshakes ..public restrooms but no free wifi..2 drivethru lanes. Handicap accessible. Their lunch tray is a great deal for $5.No alcoholic beverages. Outdoor and indoor seating. Great place to take family and friends for great food at affordable prices. Read more
Great service even though they got my order wrong, a grilled chicken without bacon, they fixed me up quickly. I think the food... quality is ok, & the amount is a bit sparse, but that is why it is so inexpensive. Now the shakes taste great! Read more
