Since we have several locally we find ourselves eating here more than we should. Food is what's to be expected for fast food BUT... the service is just absolutely horrible. Orders are constantly not right, drive thru(220 store) people are rude. Seems cajunchicken is impossible to have prepared so they need you to "pull over" and wait 5 min(which turns into 10 min) I suggestavoiding both locations if you can help it. Read more
Didn't get the food I ordered. Had to add to order then brought to us and still didn't have it right. Not normally like that.... But last two times there it happened. Read more
Food was ok, the chicken sandwich is very spicy, unexpectedly, and they had no packets of mayonaise..
Usually great service but the last 3 times we've been we have ended up with something other than what we ordered...
This Bojangles is on point! Food is always fresh and hot. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The best one I've been to!
The place is very clean and staff are friendly. I have been here several times and have not had a bad encounter with them. They... are inside of a gas station but off to the left in their own little area that they do share with Dairy Queen. I do highlyrecommend going here and best part is they are not owned by the guy from Roanoke who hates animals and is trying to cause somany problems! Read more
If you make people pay $9.00 for 5 tiny pieces of chicken, make sure you post the real to size pictures of the product. This is... misleading and honestly its insulting. No where near what's advertised. Btw that was the biggest piece. Service in the drivethrough was decent. Just annoyed with spending $23.00 for two 5 piece meals and a picnic dirty rice and still hungry. Read more
