The OLDER lady (employee) was very hateful. She was not polite, nor respectful. I simply ordered the spicy bmt special and she... stated that I could not get the special due to me being allergic to pepperoni. She insisted on charging me for something I wasallergic to and removing my meat I had on my sub which was the spicy bmt (ham, salami) except pepperoni. She is not a businessperson and should not be working with the public with that type of attitude in a workplace dealing with public. Read more

I went to this location at 7:30 on a Sunday evening to buy my family dinner. The door was lock after the older man answered my... knocking on the door. He said he was closed, after showing him his hours of operation were until 8pm he said that he did notcare what the web site hours were and it had nothing to do with him. I was just in and had to brag about experience I had. I am a Quality Auditor, so I have good customer service experience. I... believe it was the Owner that was in the store today? I have included my receipt for reference. She actually waiting on me,taking my order at the beginning. She was very good with building rapport by greeting me immediately, and making sure my orderwas to my satisfaction along the way (I asked for extra sauce and cheese for the meatball sub). At each station, her associateswere professional and thorough with my order. What completely blew me away was at the register! My hot sandwiches were carefullyplaced in a bag with my cold drinks placed in a separate one. I appreciated this so much as this demonstrated a special aboveand beyond touch of customer service with a lot of care behind it. Thank you for wowing me today! Whoever made pickup order BD2BA1AB-86 around 7 something yesterday evening needs to be retrained. BOTH sandwiches were wrong.... Condiments and vegetables i didn't even ask for were on the sandwiches. Whats so hard about following SIMPLE instructions?!! Youhave 2 dummies working for you. Great service. Sandwich preparers are very polite and friendly. Love their daily specials and healthy veggie choices. Service... is quick and efficient. Prices are very reasonable. Restaurant is always clean and neat. Am a frequent customer and participantin their rewards program. Got $2.00 off my sub yesterday. Very satisfied customer. No complaints. Read more
