Went Satur., 11/19/22 shortly after noon. There were not many people there. The 20 minute wait turned into 30 minutes. The... glasses for our water and drinks were dirty. We drank out of to-go cups instead which were clean. It’s been years since ourlast visit and it will be longer before we go back. The staff was limited but our server, she did her best. Read more
Food is always delicious & service is good. They only have a small wait staff so expect a wait if going during peak hours. But... food is always fresh & hot. The atmosphere is really nice. Quiet & quaint. Read more
My experience was terrible, I felt like I was singled out the server was good but at the end the manager on duty was not good. I... have never been to a restaurant and had manager write in my tip. The food was good once we got it. The service was worse than awful! Among other things the order was wrong, we got appetizers... with no drinks, had to ask for EVERYTHING!! Took so long for my granddaughter to get ketchup her steak got cold and had to berecooked. Had to get up several times to get another server to get our food, drinks, biscuits, silverware, etc. Manager was verynice and gave us a discount but with what we went through it wasn’t enough. As we where waiting for our table my wife and I read through the reviews on this establishment. A lot of negative reviews. We... where not looking forward to dining here. The reviews where not at all accurate. The food was amazing. The service was Amazing(we had a young waiter who was clearly new). The manager was a very pleasant person. After an hour wait just to be seated, another 40 to get food we had to return shrimp for being undercooked and still grey, my... grilled tenders were so tough like rubber . Very disappointing. Less than 7 tables with customers, rest of the tablesempty.. The manager was very nice and spoke with us regarding our concerns. She even made things right On our bill which wasEXTREMELY KIND. However for the wait, the drive (we are 40 miles away) to take my father-in-law there to eat what adisappointment. I could tell wait staff were on a skeleton crew so I'm not sure how short staffed the kitchen was but for thoseprices you would expect better food. Where to begin. It took over 30 minutes just to get biscuits. Needless to say we didn't have our food either. The place was... dirty, and almost completely empty. If covid or short of staff is the excuse, there were more staff members in the building thancustomers! Someone dropped a glass on the floor which broke and laid there for about 25 minutes before anyone cleaned it up.Entering customers had to walk around the broken glass to their table. Two nearby tables sat without being bussed the entiretime we were there (1.5 hours). I had a margarita and the glass was broken on the bottom. We asked for extra biscuits, which wedid not get. After our food was dropped off, no one returned to refill our drinks or to see if we needed anything. The bill wasincorrect and it took another 15 minutes of waiting for it to be corrected. I don't even want to mention the state of thebathroom. The server was nice, the food was OK. Overall, would NOT go again. Read more
Our meal was great at Rocky Mount!! A few months back we had a really bad food experience at the one in Raliegh, so we were... hesitant. But we had a gift card so we decided to give Rocky Mount a try. The food and the service did not disappoint in anyway!! Rocky Mount will be our go to Red Lobster from now on. Read more
