10/7/22. Went there for supper around 6:30 pm. Of course the buffet was very empty. Requested a bacon cheese burger pizza. Was... told it was put in. Fast forward, 30 mins went by, went back up the bar was still empty, asked the lady manager again about thebacon cheese burger pizza was told 5 minutes. Stood around waiting, saw several managers standing around talking, buffet bar hada lot of empty pans, we eat here at least once a week, last night was a disaster. Granted we understand it was Friday night andthe restaurant had ample employees and managers working but who ever was in charge of buffet dropped the ball. Very disappointedin this visit.. Read more
Awesome - a completely nostalgic lunch that reminded me of the many visits to Pizza Inn during my childhood. Stopped here when... in the area since the Raleigh area no longer has a location. Food and service were excellent. The buffet had a lot of variationand constantly had new pizzas being put out. Buffet also has a salad bar and spaghetti on offer. Their thin crust (thinkcracker-thin) may be the traditional choice and admittedly quite good, but the New York style pan crust is definitely the way togo. Their pizzerts shouldn't be missed, as they are a nice ending to your meal. The buffet offered chocolate chip (most commonpizzert) and cookies and cream, but the one you shouldn't leave without trying is the pineapple upside down pizza. If you likepineapple upside down cake, you're in for a treat if you order this. Overall, highly recommend this Pizza Inn location. Pricingis reasonable and depending on how much you eat, you should more than get your money's worth. Read more
Excellent experience. Sheila Williams was our waitress and she was the best. Kept our drinks filled, brought pizza to the table... from the buffet for us, she was absolutely wonderful. Thank you Sheila. As well as Haley. We forgot to use a coupon and Haleywas available at the moment and talked with management for us and we appreciated that. Missed Mr. Isaiah Jones today. Today must have been a bad day for the cook actually the last four visits I have made to pick up a call in order have been awful... and I had such high hopes for this pizza establishment when I started eating there earlier this year. I normally pick up mylunch while I'm out running errands at least once a week I tried to get a luncheon Pizza but I've noticed the cheese is gettingless and less that when you open up the box you notice okay amount of pepperoni but it's like the cheese is in quarter sizespots on each slice no more no less in no way does it cover the slice of pizza like it should a few times I have paid for extracheese and then they fix it like it should be normally. But they charge me for the extra cheese because I asked for it but theprice jumps over $2 on a personal pan pizza I just can't comprehend that and I'm a little upset about it today , I tookpictures. not happy with right now. Couldn't finish four slices of pizza like I normally could and that hurt my feelingsbecause it's just crust no cheese a lot of sauce a few pepperoni. As you can see on the pictures the little white spots are thecheese so I literally received about three tablespoons of cheese on the entire Pizza I kid you not this just hurt my feelingsanyway that's my thought that's my experience today and for the last 3 weeks.
