The food was great, however portion and quality was eh. Ordered the Baja bowl they were out of the corn salsa, and no... alternative was offered. The portion size was pitiful. The serving bowl swallowed the portion. And when the male manager wasalerted to our disappointment, his reply was "it is not pitiful that's the portion" and walked away. Huh! 3 stars for you. Generally the food has been good but lately there has been a hard decline in service. My latest order was very wrong and have... had issues with my late 2 trips. Last time we came for a pick up saw the dining room was closed so we went through the drivethrough. Then got told to park and wait. After 45 minutes i went in despite the sign only to find my food waiting. I hopestaffing improves but it's gonna be a while before we return. Read more
The food was good. The people that work here are very friendly and helpful. I sat outside w my teacup puppy to eat. The people... bringing curbside orders out both asked me if I was ok and if I needed anything else. The reheated my pizza for me, it hadgotten a little cold. They also brought me a fresh drink. He was extremely friendly. Ricky bought my food to my vehicle. He wasvery professional. Both of them gave impeccable service, from a fro and warm atmosphere. Thursday 01/08/20 I went to the new Panrea bread in Rocky Mount. This was my first time to try this location. I want to give the... staff time to get settled in and familiar with their jobs. My sister and I went in about 5:30 in the evening. I ordered 1st andasked for the Frontega chicken sandwich (whole) and a large bowl of the Broccoli cheese soup. My sister then ordered the samething only she wanted the 10 vegetable soup. While the food was being prepared I noticed I had only paid for 1 sandwich. I wentto pay for another sandwich and make the cashier aware of the problem. I was directed back to the pick up window because agentleman wished to speak to me. I restated the problem and was told that I needed to go back to the cashier and pay for the"extra" sandwich. At this point I'm aggravated! I get to the register to pay and another person came and told the cashier not tocharge me for the sandwich. We wanted baggett pieces with our food. That would be 4 pieces. We only got 3 and one was extremelysmall. The soup, which was supposed to be the same size, just different flavor, was not the same size. There were at least 9employees in the store. There were only 2 guests in the store and they were leaving. The drive thru had 4 or 5 cars in it. Theseemployees are poorly trained. They have no idea what is going on. Their customer service skills are sorely lacking.Absolutely"pitiful", especially since they had been open for a month. I'm glad I hadn't visited the store before the 8th ofJanuary. 10/19/22. Restaurant menu does not match the online menu, but they got it fixed and gave me a cookie for my inconvenience. The... staff was really great! 10/31/22. Manager needs to get involved with supervising the overnight baker, so that baked goods ofall flavors are available to meet demand throughout the business day. You should not have to get there the first hour of the dayto get something you want. Read more
