Called a few days ahead because we had a large group and I spoke to Thomas, a manager. He was wonderful and put us on the call... ahead list. His staff called the morning of to confirm and they had our table ready when we arrived. Our waitress, Callie, wastop notch! She was patient, kind, professional and all around amazing! Had a pretty good experience, was quite impressed by the food, steak was one of the best I've had in a long time, shrimp had a... great spicy bread and sauce coating. Service could of been a little better, but they were quite busy so I get that. All in all apretty good place and good experience. Little pricey but most steak houses are so don't surprised by a bigger bill. Read more
Wow, I'm literally in the Twilight zone. I checked into my hotel and instantly felt relief. They were so friendly and... professional. I came here and am literally mind-blown. Not only are they attentive, prompt and, friendly...they appear to have aVERY cohesive team. I enjoyed the banter between them. I travel all of NC and VA. This is THE FIRST restaurant that hit everymark for me. I wished I lived closer. I'd be here weekly. What a wonderful group of people. Props to management. Make this yourstop. Food was exceptional! Call early because I knew I was going to be eating there tonight. I have a food allergy and a staff Took everything completely... serious changing gloves cutting boards and all of their equipment. The food was absolutely amazing as well as the mixed drinks.I just cannot say enough about the staff they were absolutely wonderful. Love the new menu especially the appetizers! They evenbrought out the special honey butter you don?t get that many Outback. Clean environment is the many hotels and businesses. Niceoutside waiting area. Just an amazing place with amazing people who genuinely want you to experience a great meal. Read more
I haven't been to the Outback Steakhouse in about 7 or 8 years. This place was packed, which is to be expected, as there are 5... hotels immediately surrounding it. They managed well and my wait time to get a table was just 10 minutes. My wait time to get myfood from when I ordered though, was close to an hour. The manager came personally to apologize to me, and offered me a desserton the house. That was great. The food was not great. I had salmon and shrimp. The salmon was overcooked and under seasoned. Theshrimp was just ok. The seasoned rice was very good. My bonus dessert was not great. I got a slice of cheesecake with raspberrysauce, the "sauce" was really raspberry jam. Overall I'd say the food was not fresh. Prices were fair. Service was pretty good. Read more
Ordered a chicken cobb salad with fried chicken. I could not eat it. It looked very good as you can see by the pictures, but the... chicken was fried so hard, I could not eat it. I took it off and there went the salad. I ordered French onion soup and that'swhat I ate. My suggestion is to try the grilled chicken. It may be better than the fried. Read more
We weren't offered bread, had to ask twice for my water. Chicken strips were over cooked. Baked potatoes were dry. Salad was... good! Bloody Mary was good. We hardly saw our waitress. Very disappointed. Read more
