I rarely go in Jersey Mike's only because at my lunch break they are extremely busy and I like to order my food in the business.... Anyway the Assistant GM Ashanti took my order and it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Even though I'm not a regular, she's always thereand with a smile. I order food through website, when I got there to pick my food up, the manager informed me they didn't have any bread. Mind you... I thought I was ordering straight from the company, but it was through uber eats. He informed me that he wasn't able to give memy money back, he could make me some wraps, I told him no my children don't eat those. He said I would have to contact ubereats. I called them they informed it was the restaurant job to refund me. I called back to store, manager stated he would haveto let his general manager call me back in the morning. I haven't heard from anyone, I have being calling, and they have phoneoff the hook. I didn't get one or food. I'm very disappointed. Read more

Great staff, very friendly and the Turkey and cheese sub is so delicious!!! My go to spot for sandwiches!
This store does an amazing job balancing their food line between online orders and walk in tradition orders. I've eaten here 3... times randomly and my sandwiches are always perfectly assembled sliced meats and cheese are paper thin and piled high andtoppings are perfect. Consistency is the cornerstone in restaurant success and this awesome team here do their work with prideand great customer service! My lunch Italian Cold Cut Sub was really great today at Jersey Mike's. All they need is a toaster oven to toast the sub roll... they only had to offer was putting it on the grill to warm it. I didn't especially wanted it hot for a cold cut I wanted thebread toated. Anyway, my sub was still great. Thanks. Read more
