This place has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I have been here several times over the past 5 yrs & have never felt welcomed or... properly served. . once a yr a bus load of visually impaired/totally blind ppl ( myself being one ) stop in every Octoberpicking up a group on our way to the Outer Banks . We have lunch in the plaza because it's out halfway point. Recently had lunchthere on the 17th & the waitress was pretty rude , impaintebt & u friendly - duscourteous handing us drinks with no lids ,throwing the straws & menus at us , Two of my bus mates had their white canes , one wearing dark glasses whom I had to guidebecause he's totally blind . Not only did u tell her we were blind verbamly but unless she's blind too she could see itphysically. This is the type of treatment we recurve in this place each yr. I'll never return. But for my other busmates who mayventure back in there I hope this review will which the higher ups & they'll give their staff some kind of training for those ofus who present with disabilities that are outward appearing. Ask if we need help reading the nevu , put lids on drink cups ,give us plenty of time to figure out what we'd like & not make us feel rushed or like we're bothering you if we ask you forsomething .She was RUDEASF!! Food is great but if waitress takes your order wrong and you send it back they only wipe off the condiments you did not want... still leaving an awful aftertaste. They (waitress/Cook) also look at you crazy when you ask for another one?Will definitely bemaking an extra trip to Hwy 55 of Sharpsburg for now on. Read more

I ordered two cheesesteaks combos one with extra meat and extra Mayo. That?s was not done the sandwiches were dry and was... missing the peppers and onions. The staff there was very unprofessional, loud ghetto. They had the person with the least amountof experience taking orders and answering the phones. I had to order my food twice cause the first time she only rung me up forone cheesesteak combo and another fry and drink so I had to place another order for the other cheesesteak. Was very disappointedin the food when I got home couldn?t even eat it I ended up giving it to my dog. I don?t want not coupons or replacement food. Iwill never spend my money there again. They need to hire workers who actually want to work and take their job seriously or justbring the staff from last year back. 1st time coming in and I ordered my meal. Got to wrk and it was a plain burger. So I called to say my order was wrong. Sat on... hold for 10 min and they hung up the phone. I called back and the excuse was it was a new system that made the burger plain withnew workers. Read more

My husband my nephew and I visited here and ordered 2 burgers and a steak and cheese with 3 half and half fries and onion rings... with gravy. The gravy was like water but was still served to us. The topping for the burgers were missing overall horribleexperience. Read more

Felt called to try this spot. Busy place! Well worth the wait because the food was really quality and delicious. You can tell... it's a favorite local place to come in and grab food. At the same time no one looked at me weird bc I've never been therebefore. The atmosphere was very comfortable. Never had battered chicken strips or onion rings this good before, it felt likereal comfort food not like fast food or any typical takeout.
