I ordered only a cup of coffee, 4 sugars (Equal), this is what the cashier said that they had, and 3 creams. When she bought... the coffee to my table, she forgot the creams and forgot the sugars, and the type of sugar that I requested. To add insult toinjury, the coffee was cold. Read more

Went through the drive thru. Ordered and paid no problem. I'm sitting at the window for quite some time before the lady asks me... to pull forward. Okay, no problem. Watched as the 3 people behind me pay and get their food then leave. A lady comes from themotel, walks behind my car and goes inside. I'm STILL waiting. Didn't even get drinks at this point. Finally I see the lady comeout, but she's only got the drinks. She apologizes and said that she forgot to give them to me. I said I hadn't even gotten myfood yet. She said "its still cooking, we have a lot of customers on the inside." I immediately look thru the window. There wasNO ONE. I saw no one standing, no one sitting down at the booths nor table. NO ONE. I knew there had to be at least one personthere cause I saw her go in. I got tired of waiting after 20 minutes, so I pull around the building, park and go inside. Guesshow many customers were inside? TWO. That's it. Two people. That was her definition of "a lot of customers." I'm only gettingmore irritated. No sooner had I walked in, she's going to the door by drive thru. She gives me the bag, and I walk out. I CANNOT and WILL NOT support a business whose employees lie so freely. That was purely insane to wait 20+ minutes when there were atleast 4 other cars in the drive thru who ordered after me, yet received it before me. I wouldn't even have been that upset hadthe food I was waiting on (allegedly being cooked) was actually hot. Ya know, cause it would have been so fresh cause they justmade it, right? Nope. Fries were luke warm at best. So in conclusion, Hardees on 301 across from Enterprise in Rocky Mount willnot be getting my business again. Period. Read more

I visited this Hardee's the morning of 2-24-22. The manager greeted me. I had no issues placing my order. Jamila was very polite... during my visit. Mike prepared my sandwiches, pictured below. They look like the commercial, it was fresh and hot, the baconwas crispy. It was just how I wanted it. No complaints, give them a visit. Jamila is a wonderful employee, always so friendly.Mike is a veteran at Hardee's and always takes pride in his job. They both are an asset to Hardee's. Read more
This was an early morning run to quiet the growls of an empty stomach. I got up, quietly left the Hotel room in such of a close... spot to find a meal to fill an empty hole. Lo and behold, it was Hardee's two blocks away. The service was good and the food. Igot the Breakfast Platter. When I inquired what was on it, I was told by the Manager, - "What's on the picture!" So when I gotup to the window, I killed her with kindness but first I said, "I didn't mean to make you made!" Her reply was, "I'm not mad."You know! I look at life as a gift from God and the better we are at showing how thankful and appreciative we are, the betterour lives will be! So, Turtles, to the Manager and the staff and what I look at was I got what I wanted without incident andthat was, "Good Food," and that's all that mattered.
