I'm completely through with the Hardee's in Rocky Mount. Came through to get a Big Hardee meal tonight and spent $15 for... everything I ordered. I had my first Big Hardee at the Hardee's in Roanoke Rapids a few months back and was in awe of how goodit was. Coming back to Rocky Mount I have struck out every time. Tonight was the worse though. I couldn't even get through mymeal. The edges of my burger was burnt. The lettuce was so withered it was slimy in the sauce. The fries, my goodness. Iwouldn't serve them to my dog. They weren't fully cooked. I'm so disappointed at the quality of food I've been getting fromHardee's restaurants in the Rocky Mount area lately. People just don't care anymore and it shows in the food and everythingabout these restaurants. Goodbye Hardee's. Read more
Went thru today and got a hot ham n cheese. The ham was COLD. Bun warm but ham cold. Gross! And they had no ketchup!
I watched them mess up 4 orders ahead of me, and, for all my stupidity, I thought they would get my order correct. My insanity... got me a sandwich i didn't order. I should have known when I had to remind the cashier that I ordered a large meal: sheattempted to give me a medium cup. I know not to order if this cashier is working the register. Read more
I went to this Hardee's on sunset beside Harris teeter gas station. I went through drive thru,ordered a milkshake, no whip... cream. No customers were there at the time, but the lady took my $ and had me drive to the blue sign & someone would bring tome. ?? So waited 5 minutes at least there, and at least 2 cars I came and gone behind me through the drive-thru and no one elsewas waiting. So I put my car in park and I went in and the girl was standing there with my milkshake with a pile of whippedcream on it slowly handing it to me over the counter I said no that's okay I don't want any I asked for no whip cream I justwant my money back meanwhile they're all about 18 million flies flying around in there. So I got the money back from the managerwho never made eye contact you said he was sorry but it was more like a robot sorry didn't even ask me what was wrong. I went to this location on my lunch break I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender combo, when I got to the window the cashier told me... it would be a 5 min wait for the chicken to cook. It took 10 mins and when I got to work to eat my food they gave me a Swisscheese and mushroom burger not my chicken tenders that I waited for. I called the restaurant but nobody answered. We stopped here for breakfast, they took our order: one chicken biscuit and one egg biscuit. It was correctly repeated back to... us. We paid at the pay window, the girl was courteous. We got to the pick up window, the server passed us the package, shedidn't say thank you, have a good day, enjoy your food or anything, just handed the bag to us while turning to walk off. Wechecked and had only one biscuit in the bag (note the "double checked for accuracy" sticker on the bag). We went back to thepick up window, a different girl passed a bag to us (mumbling her dislike for her job, I guess), she didn't say thank you, havea good day, enjoy your food or anything. Now, I had checked the other bag and clearly saw egg in that one, I didn't see anythingelse. (double checked for accuracy) We came from a good distance so I did not want to completely open the biscuit wrapper therebecause I did not want my biscuit to get cold or have it crumble in the car. We got home and lo and behold! I had a bacon, eggand cheese biscuit which I hate and did not order, the bacon and cheese were sliding out of the end that I couldn't see when Ifirst checked the bag. Don't tell me your employees put that "double checked for accuracy" sticker on that bag by accidentbecause I won't believe it!! I gave one star because my husband said the chicken sandwich was good. I watched him eat hisbreakfast while thinking about how really good this Hardee's used to be. We won't be going back to this one, they need to traintheir bagging employees how to double check for accuracy and while they're at it, they should train their pick up windowemployees some courtesy manners. Food was good but the young kids they have working there need more training with the public. Very unprofessional.
