So disappointed in Dunkin's new updates. Love their sweet tea and don't like coffee. Used to be ANY drink on Monday's that was... ordered ahead got 100 points. Now it's only coffee! Also, could get a free tea with 200 accumulated points, now you have to have400 points!! Finally, NO FREE DRINK for your birthday!! These changes really don't help the customer AT ALL. Dunkin cards areNOT WORTH IT anymore because of these changes!!!!!!!!!!!! Good bye, Dunkin!! Read more

Horrible! We waited and waited in line for about 1/2 an hour. Finally got to the pickup and nope nothing was ready! Then she... didn't know what order we had(we were the third car in line) waited more finally got what we had ordered. The drinks we orderedwere horrible, the munchkins had 1 chocolate,the rest jelly yuk! Ordered 50 munchkins in 2 boxes same in both boxes ????. Sometraining might be nice. I won't be back. Read more

This Dunkin can be a hit or miss. A lot of the time the coffee is nasty and has to be remade. Haven?t had an issue with food... yet, the wake up wraps are always good. Read more
