Seems as if the speed of service has picked up. I do understand that this location deals with numerous online and call in orders... in addition to sometimes being understaffed, but in the past have waited fir almost 2hrs or no one ever showing up. Here latelythe longest I have waited for a delivery order is 45mins. A big improvement! Read more

I ordered wings and pizza, the pizza was perfect but the wings tasted and smelled like a sour rag, the smell was so strong you... could smell it through the box? called the store and told her what was wrong with them..the manager proceeded to tell me shemade the wings herself and nothing was wrong with the wings. Never order from this store at night unless you picking up your own order more then one time I paid for my food never got it... and tonight was one of them please save y'all money and go somewhere else unless you picking up your own food Read more

Picked up an online order for two pizzas and a cheesy marinara dip. When I got home and opened the box, this is what the... marinara dip looked like! It wasn't even covered, was burnt around the edges and wasn't even full. Because it wasn't covered, itleaked cheese oil out and made the box greasy. I would have been ashamed to even given that to a customer! Didn't even bother tocall the store - going directly to corporate with this! Read more

Very poor customer service & nasty attitudes from the workers. I stopped by today to place an order but didn't knw the inside... was closed so i asked for a menu & walked back outside to my car to call in an order. I called from the parking lot & theworker was giving me different prices than what the menu had. While looking at the menu I questioned that, she got an attitude &told me if I didn't like what she was telling me then come back at 5:00 to speak to the manager about it. I told her it wasn'tthat I didn't like it, I'm just asking questions. She said the same thing over again & I told her to cancel my order because Ididn't like how rude she was being. She then said fine by me & slammed the phone down. I went thru the drive thru & askedanother young lady working there for their corporate number and the sane girl comes the the window running her mouth & slammedthe window shut & stuck her middle finger up at me. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and they proved me right again. I've only had my order made right once since 2017 at this... Domino's. I just want double cheese and that's not the same as extra cheese. It's always burnt. This pizza wasn't cut right &basically only the middle was fit to eat. I know they have the pizza insurance and I could have taken it back in but I spentabout 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting for 2 cars ahead of me. I already paid online and it was well after 1pm. Im sureeveryone wanted to go home as bad as I did. This is exactly what I opened my box to see. Read more

Worst experience ever! Ordered brownies they where out settled for 4 lava cakes which the 1 I ate was horrible. Ordered mello... yellow which the driver forgot. Then called to tell me he had sprite only! Asked for a refund they put a credit on my acct. Read more
