The staff was wonderful and fun, though a little slow. We had plenty of time to eat and didn't mind waiting fir things so it was... fine. The food was only okay, though. The cheese dip tasted like it came out of a can and the asparagus were more like twigs. Read more

Service was almost non-existant. We stood up front by the reception area for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us.... It was a couple minutes later before we were seated. It took probably 40-45ish minutes to get our food, and part of it camecold. Once we got our food, we almost never got waited on again. Nobody came around to refill drinks, ask if we needed anything,etc. If we ever saw anyone, they were pretty unfriendly (not unPROFESSIONAL Just not FRIENDLY). I saw the same lack of serviceat other tables as well. One couple got up and walked out because nobody ever got to them. Another customer went behind the barand refilled his own drink. 2-stars because the food was still the same quality as other Chili's we've been to (minus the partthat came out cold). Read more
