The workers were playing so much that I had to wait 15 mins for a 3 piece supreme. The manager couldn't even get them on track.... Food was good tho. Read more
The food was good and hot as with any Bojangles in the AM busy as all get out.
The lines were long in drive thru and lobby. The frontline complained about other staff members openly . Seemed they were short... of staff. The manager walked in went to restroom and proceded to go back out the door. I believe if front line worker had helpthings would have moved better. Read more
Very long wait, lukewarm egg and cheese biscuit, and the bathroom was... unmentionable. I hope the person who used it before we... came is feeling better. There seemed to be plenty of staff working, so I'm not sure what the issue was, but we will never dinehere again. Read more
I got a 12 piece chicken nugget meal that was supposed to come with four biscuits, they didn't give me my biscuits and when I... asked for them they asked for a recept which they did not give me so I never got my biscuits. The chicken was absolutelydelicious though so I guess you win some and lose some. Poor service. Read more
Sometimes the drive-thru line be long but it be worth the wait. I love there dirty rice & I add Gravy 2 mine's
Always fast service and good food. The cajun chicken biscuit and dirty rice never disappoints as well as the supremes dinner.
Food was hot and ready.. GREAY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Facility very clean and calming. Highly recommended.
