The employee there really need to work on there customer service skills. I don't think they had any. But the food was great
I really don't eat at Arby's but that day Jersey Mike's card reader was down on Saturday so I went to Arby's I was very... pleased I'm not sure if the cashier was the manager but he very nice and didn't take long to get my food.I ordered thebrisket.You really can't find help that that anymore I will be going back. Very loving staff clean I don't eat there often but the crispy chicken with curly fries are my favorite
Went through drive through. Was told that they only were doing door dash pick up. Call to see what the hours were. Had a... surly young lady say they were closed due to staff; asked again what the hours were; she said were closed; I said, "That is notwhat I asked," she hung up...I called the corporate office. The absolute worse service in Rocky Mount. Ordered my meal and the drinks carbonation was not changed, no ice in my cup or straw... in my bag. The curly fries were cold and I only ate half because I was disgusted by my meal. Wake up arbys and staff. Show alittle care in what you do and in your job Read more
A loved place from childhood, hadn't been in years, stopped in on a road trip. Sammich seems smaller but just as good. Jamoca... shake still the best. Arby's sauce and horsey sauce make everything better. Read more
ABSOLUTE TRASH. SEE PICS. I sat in drive through line for *"30** minutes. Everything is wet and soggy. Fry boxes are less than... half full. Sandwiches unwrapped. They handed me the food in a GROCERY BAG. This Arby's location is an EMBARRASSMENT to thefranchise. I will be spreading this information like wildfire. Read more
Customer service was not great. Menu options are limited. My french dip has Grey meat and they do not even offer the actual gyro... sandwich that every other Arbys in the country does. Wont be coming back. Read more
