Every time we try to eat here the workers are not ever knowledgeable about their menu. This time around it was their sassy... manager who proceeded to tell us they didn?t have a hot ham and cheese meal anymore, when it is clearly on their website andmenu that they do. Haven't ordered from here in a long time. We drove through the drive through and the lady didn't even let us get a chance to get... what we want out of our mouth with her going what do you want to drink with it. We wanted to know what all goes with the gravyand biscuit combo and kept interrupting us. (like we asked a simple question that couldn't have been answer easy ). Got to thewidow to get my breakfast this morning and she was rude all the way from the ordering spot to the widow. When i got my food mygravy and biscuits was put in the bag side ways. i got home to open it and it the lid on the gravy wasn't shut all the way. itwas very sloppy like really we pay for the food and you do your customers that way. i will not be coming back here. Blatantly ignore you sitting at the drive thru window. After 10 minutes of no service I just left. And when you do get your food... be ready to go back around because they forgot something. Wow, impressive store, haven't visited for some time. Miracle took my order communicated the crew would complete my order the... store was cleaned and the restrooms were being deep cleaned the wait time was adequate for the 3 person shift. But the qualityof the food was the best I have enjoyed at this store fir a long time and the employees were calm and kind and on point witheven the drive thru runner accuracy. I love the charbroiled taste of their burgers! Their food is always hot and fresh and their dining area is always clean..
Breakfast is great the drive-thru window is great the lady is awesome she's fast and get your food out..
