I usually never have a problem at this location, but when someone doesn?t know know to read a cup that explains your drink,... that?s a little problematic. I ordered a venti iced chai w/light ice what the barista gave me is a lot of ice, so I told herlight ice like it says on the cup ( why I have to tell her? I don?t know! ) then she scoops out a of of ice and tried to hand memy cup back with my drink half empty so I asked if she was going to top it off and she said ?Oh yea, ? and now I?m just tooupset to go back up and tell them that my drink just taste like milk now and it?s a waste of my money.
