I had a great experience today from Pizza Hut. Toppings perfect, cut perfectly, and temperature fantastic.
Ordered a pizza and a 2 liter for delivery. I wasn?t told that my food was going to be delivered by doordash instead of Pizza... Hut themselves otherwise I wouldn?t have ordered it. The doordash drivers are not equipped with the pizza bags that keep yourfood warm and my pizza was cold. He also didn?t have my 2 liter and said Pizza Hut never gave him a 2 liter. I called Pizza Hutand simply asked for my money back it?s no big deal, the guy on the line told me he was going to credit me $10 for theinconvenience and I told him that?s fine I just wanted the money back for my drink period. The guy was clearly gassing me upbecause here I am a week later and never got my money or my 2 liter ????. Just the 3.99 or whatever would be fine but nothing? Read more
Our order tonight was a disappointment ????. The wings hardly had any sauce on them, and the stuffed crust pizza had a hard ring... around it just inside the crust that was so tough we couldn't bite through it. It was like it was stale from sitting around forhours. We usually get good food from this Pizza Hut, but after tonight, it will be a long time before we place another order. Read more

Friendly staff, good product. We normally order delivery from Marcos (closer to home) but on Friday evenings, they take over... an hour. If Pizza Hut pricing was better, I?d probably prefer this site. Read more
If I could, I would give this place a -0. Went directly to the store as I had just driven from Preston /George Bush and brought... them a coupon from a newspaper/mailed flyer for a large 5 ingredient pizza with either original crust or thin crust for 13.99Carryout Special. The cashier looked at the coupon frowned and said we do not honor Corporate coupons. After much discussionabout that poor decision I asked, well what can you offer? He answered we have a large single item for $7.99. I explained Ireally was looking forward to having a pizza with a little more items/taste. He said the best he could do was a medium pizzawith three items on it. I finally agreed and added a fourth item for extra money. The finished pizza was the smallest?medium? pizza I have ever seen. The pizza tasted terrible. I think they forgot the cheese. Pizza Hut is my favorite but Iwill never give my business to this particular Pizza Hut again. Doesn?t a franchise owner have to abide by corporate ads andhonor them? The fact it brings people to your door, it seems crazy not to honor them. HE actually recommended I go back acrossthe bridge and take the coupon to the Lakeview Pkwy Pizza Hut. He also stated that if I would have placed my order on line theywould have had to honor it.
