Staff are polite and friendly, ice cream was good, but I kinda get the impression management is neglecting the store. They ran... out of spoons! At an ice cream shop! The strangest part is that it was like actively hid that fact, or were just apathetic toit. I ordered a cup of ice cream. Probably should have been warned then "hey, there's no real way to eat that unless you have aspoon in your pocket," and certainly wouldn't have ordered the same if I'd known. They handed me the ice cream without a spoon.Didn't say anything about not having one. After I paid, and stood there looking around holding a cup of ice cream, still nobodyoffered that information. After scanning the entire store, thinking I was overlooking them on a counter somewhere, we finallyasked. Only then did they finally let us know they didn't have spoons. And it wasn't even an "I'm sorry, we just ran out of themand we sent someone to the grocery store across the street for more." It was just a "we don't have any," an offer to let me useone of the tiny free sample spoons, and a little shrug. The also had things on their in-store menu that, according to theemployees, they "don't offer at this location." It's a digital menu.
