I was able to buy an ice cream cake for my son's birthday as a surprise. It was kind of the staff to use blue icing to write my... son's name after the words "Happy Birthday", and provided advice on when to get the ice cream cake ready for serving. Do not come here after 9 pm !!!!! They don?t want to work!!!!!!!! Their ice-cream is good but their service is horrible. The... lady was lazy and rude. The store close at 10 pm, I walked in at 9.20 pm and she was so rude and did not want to serve. I havbeen their many times and It always her that work like she hates her job. Read more
Ice cream is good?like any BR. Wide selection of flavors and convenient location. The ice cream cakes are great. The service is... what?s questionable. It depends on when you go and who is working. We (7 people) went in for ice cream at 8:45 pm (store closesat 10:00 pm.) The staff audibly sighed when we walked in the door. The chairs were stacked up and the restrooms were closed. Wewere told several times the lobby and restrooms were closed because they had already been cleaned. We explained we just wantedice cream and would take it to go. There were 3 staff members behind the counter and two of them refused to serve us. Three morepeople walked in behind us and were given the same treatment. As we were waiting for a shake, I tried to take a photo of ourkids since it was my daughter?s birthday and I was told I couldn?t because the lobby was closed.
