Fast, friendly service and great selections! And their serving sizes are HUGE. Always a favorite on a warm evening.
Poor customer service! They messed up my order and over charged me (charged me $17). When I pointed out the error they proceeded... to refund me the $17, then told me I would have to repay $16 to get my cones! So the difference was only a dollar?!?! And youtied up my money in my bank for 5-7 business days?! I was very upset with the teller at this point who was rude and nonapologetic but she did admit that she messed up the order. When I told her to forget it all and just refund the full order and Iwas done with it all? she took back my kids snow cones (which she was going to throw away anyway) and said ?ok so you?re notgetting anything? to confirm? yeah and I just drove off very irritated because she totally should have let me just keep thesnowcones at that point. That?s called good customer service and making your wrong a right with the customer. Clearly that?s nota concern for Bahama Bucks in Rockwall. Such a shame. I?ve been a loyal customer for years too? So I have to admit that I have only been to Bahama bucks on 2 occasions and they are awesome. The staff at this location are... very upbeat and don't mind answering a question. Being the second time I've been, I asked what probably seemed like a millionquestions to decide what to get. I definitely recommend stopping be here and getting a tasty dessert Read more
Usually pretty busy but always nice and great service. Driving the hotter months the drive thru line can wrap around the... building so be cautious on when you go unless you don?t mind waiting. Their shaved ice is always on point. Read more
The food is great! The staff is an eclectic group of young kids with interesting personalities. The place is small, can?t... support more than 40 people inside. So, large parties could really jame the place up. Drive through was slammed the whole timewe were there, but seemed to move nicely. We will be back. Read more
The smoothie was good but I think they should stop asking me to sign the receipt. None of them are going above in servicing me.... All there doing is swiping my card, fulfilling the order and handing it to me. That's not worth a tip. Read more
