Owner is a wonderful guy - dropped out... from three colleges before he had opened his own pizzeria and made a great success by running it. I?ve always had good slices when I?ve gone in store, but I just had take out and it?s a very bad combination of too much sauce... and ricotta, with barely any mozzarella. The texture is slimy and not nice at all, and the crust is overcooked. It?s like gloopon a cracker. I threw the entire pizza out, it was inedible. Fail. Read more

This has always been my go-to restaurant especially the penne alla vodka pasta. Today, I ordered the pasta through doordash and... paid an extra $6 for shrimp to receive burnt shrimp which completely altered the taste of the dish I once loved. This has been my go-to restaurant for a while, but to speak to some of the other negative comments, I ordered vegan but got... traditional instead, e.g. the Sicilian pie that I ordered tonight (picture of a slice below for reference). It is a ritual for my partner and I to order out once a week and when we do, its definitely from 3 Brothers of Rockville Center.... The pizza is sooooo tasty and we love that we don't have to miss out because we are vegan! They make the vegan version of anyfood item you can think of. I had no idea such good vegan pizza was right here in RVC. Wow. This place is fantastic! They have delicious pizza and a... thoughtfully-crafted vegan-friendly menu with tons of options! Vegan pasta dishes and vegan desserts too! Ordered a pie withcashew parmesan, cashew mozzarella and homemade seitan sausage?yum! First time here and I got the vegan penne alla vodka which was my favorite kind of pasta before going vegan. This was so good I... had to question that it was actually vegan. The portion you get justifies the price because you can easily make this into twomeals. The staff is so nice and it only took them about 10-15 minutes to make my order.
