Never forget your valuables at this location! My daughter forgot her phone and when we came back 5 minutes later to see if it... was still there, they claim that no one saw it. The find my app clearly showed that it was still there for a few hours. Laterthat evening, the new location showed the phone was on Allspice Dr in Germantown. I called the supervisor to follow up. Shewasn?t very pleasant. I had to ask about accessing cameras to determine whether it was an employee or customer. She said shewill get back to me in manner that wasn?t convincing. A police report was filed. This happened on September 07th, 2021 around3PM. Please take note that you should not forget your valuables at this location! Love there smoothies but HATE their service. They look like they don?t want to be there at all. They also COMPLETELY forgot... about my smoothie. 4 other people got there smoothie before I did. Talk about BAD customer service. Only giving 2 stars becauseI like there smoothies that much. Read more

They ruined my smoothie experience. I am not enjoying my penutbutter cup right now. I usually order it from Doordash and it has... always taste the same. Now that I decide to order in person It's not the same at all. I can barely taste the banana and it's notas sweet as before. The customer service wasn't good neither. I had to wait untill they finished their conversation before I hadto greet them. Two other couples came in while I was waiting for my smoothie and I noticed they had to greet them as well. Thatis the way you get their attention. Two stars because they are following covid protocol. Now I will make sure I order from thesame Tropical Smoothie. The one in Travilah sucks! Read more
Customer service is horrible. I purchased two smoothies today and one of the smoothies lid was loose. It dropped from my hand... because of the loose lid. The management and the stuff refused to give me replacement. I always purchase smoothies fromdifferent locations and they make sure the lid is tight. I spoke to their manager who?s name is Jordan over the phone but theywere rude and disrespectful to their customers. I will never recommend to purchase smoothies from their store. Read more
