I?m a regular customer and today was my birthday the reward wasn?t on me phone and the manager was useless and not helpful all... he said was its the app fault and I could have even showed my ID to prove it was my birthday and he was just being Rude. I love this smoothie king. The staff is always kind even when they are slammed. Their smoothies always come out perfect.
I've been coming here almost every morning ever since I've gotten back to the gym routine. There's one girl who's always... friendly and welcoming. Sure when she's not here things go a little bit slower than what I would like but she explained thatthere are new staff in training and they are a little bit short staff as I would expect in a pandemic. Overall I like cominghere and just because I have to wait once or twice in a week doesn't change how great the staff is. Read more
I love smoothie king, great smoothies! What I didn?t like was the workers attitude. I dropped my smoothie in the parking lot... after a car almost backed into me as I was walking. I go back to the store to ask if I could get a new one (free or not). Thefirst thing the employee I was talking to said was ?you gonna pay, because it wasn?t our fault you dropped the smoothie?. Iunderstand it wasn?t their fault, that?s why I was wondering if I could get a free one or not. I think the wording of what theemployee said could have been nicer.
