I ordered zucchini noodles for my entire order (two dishes) and I got regular noodles. I called and explained that we had... already picked up our order and drove 20min home to realize we got the wrong noodles. I also explained that I?m pregnant anddiabetic so i couldn?t eat it. The lady in the phone said she would issue me a refund and hung up on me while I was in themiddle of asking if I would get a confirmation. Two days later I called back and asked for the status of refund and explainedthe story again. She just kept saying ?mmh hmm? with an attitude, I then asked if I could get a gift card instead. She took downmy info and mailing address, it?s been about a month and I still haven?t received anything. Worst customer service. I love this place they have some great dishes. I tried the new Roasted Garlic Cream Tortellini with Breaded chicken and no... mushrooms but added crispy jalapeno and ???? it is so good. I usually get the Mac and cheese with the Breaded chicken or shrimpwhen I'm feeling fancy lol. Read more
The food is usually pretty decent here when you pick it up hot. That do get busy at lunch but seem to keep up with the orders. I... love the large variety of sodas they have with that newer machine . I love this place! I pick up lunch from here often. I got the pesto dish with chicken for protein. I placed my order 10 min... online and it was ready so fast! Fresh tasting and quick. Perfect if you?re working looking for a bite. I?ve tried a lot oftheir dishes and I?m never disappointed. Parking is pretty easy too. Reasonably priced. My ?meal? was absolutely disgusting. When I opened the bowl it was more than half filled with ?cream sauce,? a fancy word for... oil mixed with water. After I drained the full cup of liquid from my bowl of zucchini noodles, I was left with less than 1/2 acontainer of actual food, despite ordering the regular size. The noodles were disgusting, sloppy and soggy, the chicken wasstale and hard, and the pesto ?sauce? was vile. I emailed the company immediately to demand my money back. Read more
Honestly, it's a quick noodle place. I don't expect anything fancy. But I do expect, at the very least, for my order to be... correct. Ordered no mushrooms, no spinach--my order came with both. I certainly didn't order bacon, and yet... my order camewith bacon. I even checked the menu again to make sure I hadn't ordered something that comes with bacon -- I didn't. This is thethird time my order has been incorrect--I was willing to dismiss it as an accident, but now it's become routine. Read more
I had the Penne Rosa. It was just delicious. It?s good when eaten hot. And the quantity was more than enough for a single person... to eat. It came with bread and marinara on the side as well. I would go there again. Definitely recommend this place for anyfresh made kitchen meals! Read more
