Horrible. Made me order around 20-25 minutes even though you pre-orders . I place my order 11:25pm. I were in store around 11:35... pm. I told them fist time my order number and then the guys(the manager)JUST looked it didn?t say anything think. Okay maybebe is busy. I still kept waiting until he responded. But he didn?t. So I had to ask one more time and he now Looking the receiptand told me ?still working it? the time was going to 11:40 . I have little bit lost my patients. So I ask how long could I getit? The guys said ?5 minutes?. At that moment, In my mind thinking about His attitude was ?VERY NICE?. I were so appreciate.I was doubt does he know how to do good customer service ? Does he know how to said ? I am so sorry for your order later andwe?re still working on it . It should been ready 5 minutes.? instead of Just saying 5 minutes . Finally , I got it around11:50pm. And I asked ask information about supervisor. The guys came and said he was . Are you kidding me! So facetiosity?whenI told him whole feelings he still tried to say explanation. This store used to be one of the best Dunkin' donuts on Rockville Pike until the previous guy and girl left and hired new... people. The Ethiopian girl she's great the other Hispanic one is the rudest person ever no customer service whatsoever. Shewears glasses and has always a ponytail. She called another customer a b**** because she ruined her order. I have been comingthere for over 3 years I never ever had to come here to complain about anything. My order used to always be good my family allgoes there. Since they started our orders have been messed up every single time they can never get an order correct. And whenyou complain to the girl who makes the drinks. She gets angry and tries to argue with you and tries to cuss you out. I wish youwould try me. We complain to corporate. We provided a note for the Ethiopian girl To give to the manager. The has been a girlgrab the paper as soon as we left. And threw the paper in the trash when we came back the Ethiopian girl told us that she couldnot find the paper went through the trash and found it there. We still have not heard from the manager. We are trying to contactthe owner of that Dunkin donut. This is the worst Dunkin donuts ever if you want to wake up and have a great cup of coffee andenjoy your day this place is not for you you will wake up and it will make you choose violence. There is not one day since theystarted our order was correct every time I go my drink is wrong our bagels are wrong our donuts are missing As well as burntcoffee. It is never fresh.. I am here to complain about the Hispanic girl because she is very a disrespectful rude lack ofcustomer service and does not deserve to be there it seems like she hates her job very much and always fights with hercustomers. This place is used to be my favorite place but i don?t know what?s been going on. I would always order online so that my drink... will be ready when i get there. But, for these past few weeks, I would order and when I get there, my drink is still not ready.I would wait for about 10 mins just for 1 drink. I have to ask them and would tell me that they can?t find my order, etc., eventhough I have a receipt on my phone. This keeps happening, I understand if you?re busy but I would see them make drinks forpeople who ordered online after me. Today, I had to wait again, asked them about my order and told me they can?t find my order,showed them the receipt and what type of drink i ordered and they messed up my drink. When going to a national chain for coffee I tell people to pay attention to the individual store and not the brand name. Not all... locations of a chain food and beverage location are going to give you a good experience. This location of Dunkin Donuts hasquickly become a daily stop for me to get my preshift coffee before going to work. This store is tiny! Only two tables oneregister and a small ledge where the takeout orders go...but the staff are what make this place stand out for me! Every time Igo in they get my order right and they are so nice and friendly. While Dunkin Donuts is not exactly gourmet it really doessimple coffee well and the prices are very affordable! If you decide to check out Bethesda Row and need a pick me up be sure tohit them up! Read more
