This Dunkin donuts is always out of everything. Small cups, lids the small creamers and mainly my favorite coffee MIDNIGHT. I... don't know who does the ordering but they need to do a better job because it happens way too often. I love this Dunkin becauseI have grown to love the employees who know exactly how to fix my coffee and know what my daughter wants without even having toask. I would hate to switch this Dunkin for another only because the manager or whoever does the ordering doesn't know what theyare doing to keep the customer(s) happy. Ordered a Sourdough Breakfast sandwich. The sandwich is very dry with no condiments just egg, bacon, cheese on two pieces of... hard bread. Window cashier was pleasant otherwise would have rated 1 star for quality of food. Read more

The other employees that used to work here were absolutely wonderful! I don?t know what happened ever since they left this place... has gone down hill. As of recently I?ve gotten gravely sick from eating here which has never happened to me at Dunkin. These newemployees are rude and they mess up simple orders! I won?t be returning?. Read more

If I could give a negative rating I would. I visited this location on Good Friday at about 630 am , my first visit and last, to... treat my team to coffee and donuts as a thank you. What an absolute mistake that turned out to be. The donuts and munchkins werebeyond stale , old and inedible. I quickly contacted the store and explained what I found upon opening the containers. I wastold of course no manager was available and I could leave my info , which I did . Long story short I contacted their corporateoffice and was contacted by the district manger who asked that I return to the location for a refund. This was 6 days later.Once I arrived I found that I was over charged by 16.00 on top of being served old stale donuts. After 40 minutes of watchingvideo of the transaction that clearly showed every item purchased the manager refused to issue the refund that I was promisedand asked where the inedible donuts were. Six days later! He was rude , verbally abusive, condescending and appeared to find thesituation amusing. After all this is donuts right? Well these donuts and coffee cost 60.00. Still fighting for a refund. FYI,independently owned and operated ,corporate has a very murky policy when dealing with complaints and refunds. They leave it upto the discretion and integrity of the owners. As always buyer beware , in my opinion these food items are old and carried overfrom day to day due to supply issues. Dunkin?s corporate wants the money without any of the responsibility for the day to dayoperations of these stores. In my opinion. Read more

The place was understaffed because of callouts. Courtney took the initiative and stepped up taking multiple orders at once and... completed them with no problem. However even tho Courtney did an amazing job, the manager in blue seemed to have a attitudeproblem because the stress from no staff, was too much for her to handle. Courtney definitely deserved better treatment and araise in my opinion. Read more

Absolute WORST customer service - for the staff working at 5:30 am. I'm shocked any place would hire the two working -- from the... person taking the order to to her person handing the food to the person that could not provide a full refund and telling me toreturn when a manager there. Their tone was absolutely off - and for me - far too many other places to purchase donuts....won'tpurchase from here ever again and will recommend that other visit other locations. Read more
