I?ve currently been standing in line for 15 minutes for four buns. There were maybe 3 other patrons who came into the store and... left because no one came out of the kitchen to greet them. Terrible experience. The 2 of us visited yesterday afternoon, there were probably 3 other guests in the cafe and it didn't look... busy at all. We ordered 1 coffee, 1 pancake and 1 waffle. They made the coffee first, by the time it was getting cold and had tobe drank they had the pancake ready (took about 15 minutes), it was cold. No signs of the waffle. Another 10 minutes later Iasked about the waffle and was told it only takes few minutes. Almost another 10 minutes later the waffle arrived - they servedit in a takeaway plastic tray, which made no sense as we were eating in. When I asked one of the employees if they had a plate,I was told they were understaffed and had no plates. All in all: the food was good, the service was terrible. It looked likethere was only one member of the staff who knew how to prepare food and drinks, the other staff members couldn't answer basicquestions. I guess they like to make their guests watch their partner eat food while waiting for their plate. The menu readstoppings cost 75 cents, yet they charged us 85 cents per topping. It seems that they must have lost all their staff recently,otherwise I don't understand where all the positive reviews came from. I will not be back. Read more

Man o man what a great place what a great find. Super clean place the owner super nice. Recomend it 110% my kids love coming... here now is their favorite spots so is ours now. This is one of the best cafe in the DMV!!! I love everything on the menu. It?s one place that you can literally pick anything... and you will falling in love with. Everything here are fresh and delicious. The cafe is always nice and clean. The staffs hereare always very friendly. If you don?t know what to choose just ask. The parking lot here is huge, you won?t have trouble tofind a parking space. This place is a dessert heaven for real !!! I can?t wait for my next visit. Why you are still reading thisreview??? Ordered online a Taro smoothie with bubbles and Shrimp Wontons. When I arrived there were No bubbles in smoothie, ?not ready? I... was told, and no shrimp dumplings. Ok things happen I thought ?what do you have that is equivalent? he offered a sandwich andsaid briskly it was $2 more. No sorry and no attempt to make it right, just a refund for dumplings.
