We love this place. We enjoy dining at Al Ha'esh and have been ordering curbside pick-up during stay-home guidelines too. They... have a user-friendly online ordering system, sturdy and clean take-out packaging, and great service by bringing the food to yourcar (even in pouring rain) with masks on. The skewers are all delicious and flavorful ? especially pergiyot, entrecote and lamb? the falafel is crispy and the hummus is classicly prepared, the pita is fluffy, and I think their fries are the best inRockville. Avarage restaurant. Food taste was not as i expected. The only thing that was tasty was the "pargit" on the grill. Rest of this... if it is the soup or the small salads that they brought was tasteless. They have to improve. Read more
Just had dinner at Al Ha'esh in Rockville, Maryland. Let?s start by saying that if I could give this restaurant six stars, I... would The service was amazing, Alex, our server was great. The Al Ha?esh experience was to die for. Unlimited to finish thebig pitas, and nine different salads including the most amazing beets with Techina, I have never even heard of that combinationbut it was great, no, amazing. I had to Jerusalem mix main dish which was great, And my wife?? had two kebabs which weremouthwatering. This site is she had was zucchini with zaatar and I can tell you I have never heard of the combination but Iwill be trying to replicate it at home this weekend. The hummus with sausage was great and the rice for the side was fluffy. Ididn?t try the desserts but that is only because I was in a food coma, and I am pretty sure my nutritionist is going to let mehave it in the morning. Great food! Place was packed with families so expect it to be loud. The atmosphere is simple, lots of tables and bar seating at... the front of the restaurant. The mezze (appetizers) were great. Hummus was phenomenal, I typically do not like American stylehummus. This was not that at all! It?s real hummus with choice of merguez meat. I had schnitzel and my dinner companion got 2skewers of meat. They do have vegetarian options. I wish this place was closer to DC but it?s 100 percent worth the drive! Read more
