Excellent meal. Tried the hake, steak, oysters, and more - all delicious. Very warm and cozy atmosphere.
Staying in area one night and came for a light dinner suggested by our hotel. Service was extremely slow. Menu had very limited... choices. Local tiny oysters very good. Burger with local beef ordered medium rare was overdone. Ordered cappuccino anddessert, a sugar crusted tart w/lemon curd. Tart was awful. Needed a knife & fork to cut through crust! The waitress was verynice but seemed to have too many tables to service. Since it was dark when we arrived we didn’t even realize there was a patiountil we saw the overworked waitress going in and out. We were not impressed overall with this restaurant. This was my first experience at Nina June and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. From the attentive staff to the creative... courses this was a delicious dinner. The ingredients were all fresh and tasty. The plate presentation was gorgeous and the sizeof the dishes were perfect. From start to finish on the prefix menu I loved each and every course. We had a wedding reception here and the food was absolutely phenomenal. The appetizers, main course, drinks.....everything was... five stars. Also the BEST whiskey sour I've literally ever had. Can't wait to come back and do it again, thanks to the staff forsuch a great evening! Read more
Excellent menu and nice open kitchen vibe. The lamb is very good, as is the signature crab pasta dish. If you’re lucky enough... to get a spot outside, the view over the marina is incredible. Nice wine menu, too. Read more
I was eager to visit this spot and heard about the restaurant from a local farm where Nina June gets produce (super cool).... However, when my friend called to make reservations the owner was very short and sound irritated. The owner said my friend'sname was too complicated (my friend has a Ghanaian last name) and passed the phone to an employee who was very kind andapologized for the behavior but we decided to not visit because that was a very insulting experience.
