This used to be my goto for coffee when traveling to the Rome area from Villa Rica but I?m not so sure I?ll stop here anymore. I... went by earlier and pulled up expecting to be greeted and have my order taken as usual and today nothing. There were four youngemployees who clearly saw me but did not acknowledge me. I sat there for about 3 minutes until I realized a very small sign thatsaid please drive around. I feel like one of the four employees could have directed me to the other side or opened the window onthe side I was on to tell me to drive around but nothing so I left completely. I am in love with the quality, professionalism, & service of this location. We go about 5-6x a week. They also offer a nice... amount of Guilt-Free options unlike many other big named coffee shops. The staff are always attractive with big smiles & willingto assist with any questions. It's super clear that the owner, management, & employees seriously uphold high standards forthemselves & customers here. Something for the entire family, would absolutely recommend 10/10!! Read more
Amazing! Loved the redbull mixes! The coffee I had was a mocha mint but I think they missed the mint. That being said I could... not remove a star because the redbull ?mocktail? was so fab!!!!! My fiancé has a smoothie and a sandwich. He loved both. Thesmoothie was NOT healthy but 100% delicious. My puppy got a pup cup that they added a few bacon bits too!! She was inheaven! Disappointed because obviously I?ll pay for a good cup of coffee. But at almost 7$ and you can?t even put to somewhat top. Also... the price changes(I?ve noticed this) on multiple occasions and not sure why. I understand everything?s been going up, but thisShouldn?t happen on a daily basis. Read more
Coffee was great. I don't drink anything special just a hot coffee with cream and sugar . It was mixed well, not too much cream... and not too much sugar.... often I find it with too much of one or the other but this was just right. Customer service wasfantastic as well... admittedly I dislike going through any drive thru in rockmart other than maybe Chick-fil-A because it seemsno matter where I go theyre slow and rude ...so with that being said it was refreshing to encounter polite employees and quickservice. I'll more than likely be stopping in for a coffee every time I have a job in rockmart from now on. They've gained aloyal customer. Read more
This is my second time giving them a try. Your lattes just taste like hot milk. No expresso or flavor at all.
