It was so good had to come leave a review. 3 words : hashbrown scramble bowl ?? I go here regularly atleast twice a week for... breakfast or dinner both are great! The only place that gives me the sauce I order and doesn't forget anything. And we are afamily of 5! Love mobile ordering too???? if anything goes wrong it's usually when they are extremely busy. Decided to give this location one last try because it was actually open and my daughter was dying for a peach milk shake. Wait... in line 20 minutes just to ORDER and they tell us they don?t have peach milkshakes anymore ???? we have to come to rockmart fordance practice and this place literally has NO WHERE go eat. Worst Chic Fil A experience ever! There were at least 10 workers behind the counter (not the kitchen, the counter) and I have... never seen such a disorganized mess . I drive through several cities in western Georgia and have eaten at many Chick-Fil-A locations. This is by far the worst one... I?ve ever had. What?s more, both the quality of the food and service is consistently bad. The chicken has always been fatty andfull of gristle regardless of whether it?s grilled or fried, breakfast or lunch. On my last visit, I ordered a small macaroniand cheese, was not given my receipt to review my order until I received my food and realized they gave me a small fry instead.When I went in to replace the item, there was no apology given and no effort made to get the replacement item out quickly.What?s more, they wouldn?t let me trade the incorrect item; I had to pay for the side I had initially ordered! Purchase two four count chicken minis and neither were fresh. My husband asked for bbq sauce but it wasn?t placed in the bag.... This is the first time I had a problem at this Chick-fil-A. I will give them another try. Read more
