Pizza was literally just mounds of sauce with the tiniest bit of toppings. Little caesars is 100x better for 1/4 of the cost.
I think this is a training issue. If you stack toppings 3 inches high the pizza doesnt cook right. Also if you put a 1/2" of... flour under the pizza, the pizza dough tastes like flour. Ha... this is the WORST WORSTEST pizza joint I have ever been to! My small pizza and cold wings that I paid 37 bucks for was... dry, tasteless and yucky... they had hardly any things on the menu in stock! No salad, 1 out of 6 beers, no wine. Most of thesoda was out! No way is this a good pizza! And the price is terrible! If you think they have good prices, you're insane! If youthought the pizza is delicious! You're off ya rocker! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I'd get me a frozen box pizzabefore id even think of getting a pizza here. So yes folks, $37 for a SMALL pizza and wings with 2 drinks! Placed an order online and was told it would be ready between 5:48 and 6:02, even received an email that it was confirmed. At... 5:45, got an email that the order was delayed. Fine, no problem? until I get another email at 5:53 saying that Straw HatCANCELLED my order! I will not be returning unfortunately and good luck to anyone who tries. Read more
Nice clean place, friendly staff. Got my first pizza to go from here. It was good but not great. Crust was soft and had no... character or chew. The ingredients were standard stuff. A good but not stellar pizza. Read more
Best Pizza in Rocklin hands down! The Pizza is always hot and crispy. Several pizza places in the area never cook thier pizza... long enough and always serve soggy or undercooked Pizza. Pizza Express must have thier oven dialed. My picture should speak tothe quality of thier pizza. (Ordered takeout 12-15-18)The specialties are loaded with fresh toppings and the Pepperoni/cheeseis cooked perfectly. The garlic chips are a must have as well. If you are from Auburn you will already know the quality ofPizza Express, If your from Rocklin give them a try you won't regret it. Read more
Horrible pizza, ordered 3 pizzas 2 of them were still raw the dough stretched when you took a bite, took it back, and they gave... me a substitute pizza for the time being, went to bite into it and it was raw. The soda machine was nearly out of everysoda. The floor in the food prep area is really dirty the ground behind the the soda machine in the food prep area hasn?t beenswept or mopped in idk how long. The trim boards are dirty, The amount of flour built up on the floor is crazy. We were the onlycustomers in the place and every table was dirty. I asked for a rag to clean the table. They handed me a dry rag.! And nosanitizer. Only reason I?m giving this place 2 stars is because there was not one ADULT in the place and the 2 young kidsworking had good customer service skills. And also, because it was my daughters birthday and they baked her a cookie. The kidsthat worked there handled the situation very well.! They should find new jobs, and you shouldn?t eat here.!
