Always packed and too many teenagers around doing nothing special. Staff is good. But not friendly.
The manager I guess, she was very rude and told me I had to pay extra for my almond milk, even though I have gotten my drink at... multiple locations and at this store and they have never said anything. I order my drink online so they do not have all optionson there. She was very condescending and very rude. Used to love Starbucks and used to a hardcore regular but unfortunately the quality isn?t what it used to be. What happened... Starbucks? Can?t make drinks right half the time. After being missing for 11 days we got a call from my phone saying it was turned in at Starbucks. We instantly drove over and... found my phone which was presumably turned in the night prior. I was able to get my phone back thanks to the helpfullness of thestaff. Funny thing really that day was the birthday of my mom and the barista that called us.
