Great service and really good coffee. The staff was very nice and accommodating. A nice worker came over to our table to see if... we needed anything during our visit. The store was very clean and comfortable and the food was fresh and hot. Read more
I won't go into the details, but I was shocked at the way my order was handled. Basically I paid to fix my order bc they were... out of the ingredients, but I had already paid for it. And then i paid again for coffee to add to and fix the drink. I work incustomer service so I give a lot of room to other service workers, but this was insulting. Read more
Update: Tried again after 2 years. Same exact thing happened. Thes people dont know how what ?Verry very little cream? means.... They serve you a cup of milk with a splash of coffee. Disgusting. Original review: I don't usually have a problem withStarbucks but this particular location is a joke. I ordered iced coffee with one (0.5oz) creamer and the hand me a cup that isabout 90% creamer. I park, walk in, ask again for a iced coffee with very little (0.5oz) creamer and 2 minutes later they giveme a cup that's about 99% creamer. I ended up pitching the thing in the trash because I had already wasted 20 minutes trying toget a cup of coffee and was late for work. I've ALSO been served raw bacon at this location. When I called to report the rawbacon to the store some snarky 13 year old boy with a lisp had the nerve to tell me it was impossible because their bacon comespre-cooked and they just heat it up.
