Reviews for Starbucks in Rocklin, CA
A nice Starbucks with limited seating. Three stars because with limited seating the employees were taking up the nicest table.... They may have been off their shift but they should leave the seats for paying customers. The plus on this Starbucks is that isnot too busy. Read more

5 star review, I love going to this place because it's so close to things, and definitely more cozier then most Starbucks... locations. Other Starbucks locations are either too big, too crowded, too little of people. This Starbucks place has just theright amount of people. I go here often and the workers remember my order! I normally order a Mocha Cookie Crumble with lightice and extra cookies. A really good combo! Try it out! Read more
I really like the location, it's a little more hidden than most starbucks, but it feels cozier because of that. As soon as I... walked up to the counter the girl asked me my name for my mobile order (I didn't have to stand there awkwardly trying not tointerrupt their drink making). It was great! Read more
I started off thinking they were slow getting some of my drinks but I had ordered five at once and the drive thru was... heaving! Combine that with social distancing and extra protective equipment in the staff area and honestly they were amazing -keep up the good work guys. Read more
I had placed a mobile order and walked in to pick it up. As we have been directed so many times, I walked to the pickup area... and announced my name to the 6 people standing behind the counter within 4' of me. There were only 2 others waiting for drinksand no one ordering. No reply at my announcement. So, I said it again, "Mobile order for Bill". Still no response from the 6workers. I said it a third time, with nothing. Isn't this what Starbucks staff has told me to do multiple times and put signsout to announce our mobile order? So, I said, "Anybody hear me?" To the six workers. Finally, one turns to me and with a scowlsays"I'm helping another customer.", Which, of course, I had no idea because she was not engaged with anyone and there were onlytwo others waiting. Contrast this with my experience at Lincoln Crossing Starbucks last Saturday that was so much more crowdedwith staff that went out of their way and asked about my mobile order before I could even get to the counter. It is amazing howa small decision about how to greet customers makes a big difference in a visit. I left feeling like I had been rude for doingwhat I was trained to do. At Lincoln Crossing, I left feeling like the most important customer in the midst of a crowd. Read more
